The licence is granted under the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975. Note
- Licence form: LC-V (See Rule 12), Haryana Government, Town and Country Planning Department.
- Maintenance of roads, open spaces, parks and public health services rests with the licencee for 5 years from the date of the completion certificate.
- 10% of the licenced colony area is to be transferred free of cost to the Government for community facilities within 30 days of zoning plan approval.
- Owner/developer net profit is capped at 15% of total project cost; surplus is to be deposited in the State Treasury or spent on further amenities in the colony.
- 30% of the amount received from plot holders must be deposited in a scheduled bank account for Internal Development Works.
